Immigration

The United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) require that for purposes of sponsored immigration, petitioners provide proof of a biological relationship to their beneficiaries. When questions or issues of credibility arise, often it is suggested that the petitioner arrange for a DNA test for verification.

This is where we can help.

MedPro Lab coordinates between the petitioner, our reference lab, which is accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB), and U.S. Embassies around the world to ensure the most expedited process possible. Petitioners can make an appointment to stop by our lab Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Sample collection kits will then be shipped to participating beneficiaries and embassies.

The test itself involves no blood or needles and can be done easily with children of any age. A simple swab for saliva can be analyzed and guarantee results with over 99.9% accuracy.  Common genetic markers from each sample are used to determine a relationship. DNA testing can be used to certifiably prove paternal, maternal, or sibling relationships and satisfy USCIS requirements.
